Victorian Aesthetic Movement Silver Locket vintage some platinum setDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 A pretty Aesthetic Movement locket dating from the late Victorian period, circa 1880. It's crafted in sterling silver, with a nature scene in a round cage at the centre, and a diagonal band of ivy leaves over a textured background. MEASUREMENTS 6. 0 x 3. 5cm (including bail) WEIGHT 16. 2g MARKS No marks present, tests as sterling silver CONDITION Very good, patina tarnish commensurate with age. Can be polished if preferred
