It is twice distilled in a small copper pot still from a mash of 100% rye malt the grain of choice for Americas first distillers. Mash Bill is 100% Malted Rye and aged at least 6 years in fine grain charred American oak barrels. Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, black cherry, spice, and maple with a long nutty finish
