An easy drinking, but incredibly structured red as ever. Pair it with aged alpine style cheeses like Mimolette or OG Kristal, a juicy venison burger, or a roasted chicken with potatoes. Winemaker Thierry Germain moved to Saumur Champigny from Bordeaux in the '90s, and trained with the Foucalt brothers of Clos Rougeard. 100% biodynamically farmed.
