Victorian Gold Compass Locket art nouveau the firemen wear a insigniaDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 A cool antique oval locket that opens to reveal a (working) compass and colourised photo. An applied gold ropework band is recessed vertically along the outer case, and it's crafted in 15 karat gold throughout. Dating from the late Victorian period, circa 1880. MEASUREMENTS 2. 8 x 2. 1cm WEIGHT 9. 0g MARKS No marks present, tests as 15k gold CONDITION Good, some dents and dings to the outer case. Compass points north
