Vins Pepe Raventos Xarel·lo de la Vinya del Noguer Alt - 2023 (750ml) Lebanon Delicate in the glassThis comes from a small (less than 3 acre), single plot of Xarello planted in 1970, on clay and limestone soils. The plot is farmed using organic and biodynamic methods. The grapes were hand harvested, whole cluster pressed with a 55% yield and fermented with native yeasts and controlled temperatures in a 2,000 liter French oak foudre, 1,000 liter amphora and two 500 L French oak barrels. Following fermentation the wine was aged on its lees for 8
