The top layer of the skirt has bands of cut out eyelet work. The 2nd layer(lining) hangs 2" lower than the top layer. Measurements: 25" waist 52" hip Length top layer 35" Length 2nd layer 37" Condition: Good There are some repairs in the lining layer near the skirt hem. There are also a few small brown dots mostly in one area along the hem. Please see last 2
