50’s Leather Ruffle Top Handle Bag by Ingber 1920s bag It is adjustable1950's Ingber handbag, with butter soft leather, exquiste faille lining. This is a wonderful bag with gathers and bakelite trim. The inside is divided in the middle by a section that closes with an oversized gold rose clasp and there are two open side sections. Has side flap inside pockets and 1 zip side inside pocket.
