To do so, the treadle bolt is pressed down until the stopper is pressed firmly into the floor. A light pressure on the locking plate is sufficient to release it. The door stopper is screwed to the door with three screws and a mounting bracket, keeping as far away from the door hinge as possible. The distance from the bottom edge of the door to the stopper should be 5 10 mm. Steel galvanized treadle bolt
